WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

Thank you for your interests in the products and services of OakWheelâ„¢ , a brand of Arete First Pte. Ltd.

This warranty and repair information applies only to electric wheelchairs purchased from Arete First Pte. Ltd.

ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR - WARRANTY

  1. WARRANTY - TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Please contact us to make an appointment before coming, otherwise the technician may not be around to assess the wheelchair. Appointments can be made via email at aretefirst@hotmail.com.

    2. Warranty does not provide coverage for lost, deliberate damage or wear and tear. This warranty certificate is void if altered in any way.

    3. The warranty lasts for 6-months from date of purchase. Customer will have to provide receipt or proof of purchase from Arete First Pte. Ltd.

    4. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defects inherent at point of purchase.

    5. Upon provision of proof of purchase, our technician will evaluate. If damage is inherent manufacturer damage, we will provide repairs with no costs to customer. If repairs are not possible, we will exchange a new unit.

    1. What does this warranty cover?
    2. Covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your product.

    3. What will you do to correct problems?
      1. The company will repair the product, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty.
      2. The company will repair any broken parts of a product using new or replacement parts.
      3. The product will be exchanged with a new product if we are unable to repair.
    4. How long does the coverage last?
    5. The warranty lasts for 6-months from the date of purchase. Customer will have to proivde receipt or proof of purchase from Arete First Pte. Ltd.

    6. What does this warranty not cover?
      1. Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
      2. Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
      3. Damage caused by natural disaster.
      4. Theft or loss of the product.
      5. Deliberate damage.
    7. What do customers need to do to get repairs/service under the warranty?
      1. For Physical Visits:
        1. Contact us at aretefirst@hotmail.com to arrange an appointment for physical visits.

        2. Walk-in customer will not be entertained at our Service Centre.

      2. For Courier Pick-Up:
        1. Alternatively, we can arrange a courier to pick up the product from you at any location in Singapore that is not restricted, at a fee.

        2. Restricted locations include Changi Airport, Sentosa, Jurong Island, etc.

        3. A non-refundable one-time fee of $70.00 will be charged for two-way transport of the product to and from your location.
